This should help CCP prototying
Two more F-117 fighters were hit over Yugoslavia but landed on surrounding air ports (one of them in Bosnia). It’s silly to call that crew lucky. A mission was sent to seek them out. That’s when the F-16 that was supposed to expose the ground radar got shot down as well. These guys were good. Considering the equipment they were using and how easy it was to spot them if the radar was left on too long.
Forget Boston! Too liberal. Keep it there!
Wow!
My dad flew B25s in Africa and Italy, as a Squadron Commander Pilot and Bombadier....then supported the invasion of Sicily. Then moved up to fly out of Corsica. To cover across souther Europe, N. Italy into the Balkans...over the Alps into Germany. And then supported the invasion of S. France.
Gonna purchase two bricks for my grandparents, many great memories made at the air zoo thank you ❤️🇨🇦
Just use a drill
If there's reincarnation, I was an F4F pilot in the War... It's That kind of love for that plane
Love that plane.. have since childhood
The stealth plane is messing with his ability to control the slide projector with the remote 🤔
That is really cool
😂
Brave man holding the 2x4…🤷🏻♂️
Beautiful work!
Where is this beautiful cat going. Super fantastic job.👍
It's not "interesting", it is the single most disgusting colour the human eye can see.
Imagine the Russians seeing this in the 60s
Isn't shooting a crashed aircraft a war crime?
Awesome I was just there on wensday and me and my dad got a close up view of everything
They did not have to monitor that frequency, but they were certainly able to. Guy in the backseat was probably bored and just channel surfing point. This guy should’ve just said, “ I don’t know if it’s true or not.”
18:56 don't do that next to a WWII German missile D:
Such a cool plane.
Bro.... Noooo...... Let us have this beautiful story...
Glad to see my all-time favorite World War II aircraft coming together. I just wish there were more people who were willing to go out on their way to restore history.
Inside stayed at 60+ degrees The flight suits had ports in them to regulate body heat any oxygen levels.
Well, they can easily tune in the published frequency on the 2nd or 3rd radio or whatever.
I'm trying to decide whether this guy is Scottish or American
When all else fails, get a big MFing hammer.
Can I get the simler thrust with natural gas or propane tank .and oxygen tank, in space ?
First rule of engineering 😂
😍✌💙🗽🇺🇸🛰
Old man strength
Where is this. I live near The Hill AFB museum in Utah. But I would love to see these.
Ya. Is it true about the second hanger at that museum?
It's the airzoo in Portage Michigan
We'll get this wing to fold, one way or another....
No comments on the high tech 2x6 being used? Or the trust factor of the guy using the 2x6?
I flew Whales on 5 different carriers. That bottom hatch opened in flight once with a friend of mine standing on it. Oops.
Did he have a chute on? Did he survive? What did the mishap report have to say about the cause?
@@PetesGuide I grabbed him by the collar of his survival vest and pulled him back up. We watched the ocean passing by. We had never met before that moment. We became good friends. We're still friends 50 years later--and he still owes me a case of beer.
@@nextworld9176 Wow. How did this scene not make it into a movie?
@@PetesGuide Most of what we did never got reported to anyone. Certainly did not get publicity.
@@nextworld9176 As it should, but a save like that deserves to be slipped into an action movie, without revealing or hinting at the things that need to be secret.
why is noone in this video younger than 60 😭😭😭
most of our restoration team are retired and volunteer during the weekdays.
This was stressful to watch ngl🤣
That is indeed a big mallet.
Dang....it is such a great story
80 degrees, I would die in there😆😆😆😆
Is this in the UK?
Fuel was used to cool the leading edges of the wings before going to the engines. The is an ablative chine on the sharp edges of the fuselage.
30:17 FACTS BROTHER✔️!!! I'm down for that beer too!!!
I felt bad for the first pilot. It looked like he survived the crash landing sbd then got strafed into a fireball... Definitely not the WW1 type chivalry at all...
These guys ALWAYS monitored center because if they had an emergency and had to descend they would be able to instantly get clearance into IFR controlled airspace, which is everything between 18,000 and 60,000. Don’t know why this guy would dis Brian Shul’s story. Petty.
What a guy, complete expert in his field. Not a wasted word, pure information. :)
The Saber with 4 - 50's and 2- 37mm tennis ball tossers.
This is super cool
Why oh why someone has to come along and try and diminish the magic of that story. It was beautifully told buy an incredible aviator. Bugger off mate!!
